Prior to joining Auditel, my career was focused on sales and business development, mostly within media and telecommunications businesses, but also with exposure to etail and retail.
Working almost exclusively within the SME sector and specialising in start ups and turnarounds, over half my working life has been spent at Director or Managing Director level, with over a decade as owner.
Consequently, I am well acquainted with the conundrum whereby you know that costs must be controlled but lack of time, resource and detailed knowledge of complex supplier markets leave you with the nagging certainty that your company is paying too much for some or perhaps many of your essential services and supplies.
It’s my role as an Auditel consultant to use my persistence, creativity and management skills harnessed to Auditel’s innovative processes and tools to track down those overspends and deliver savings in both money and time, on an ongoing basis, for my clients.
