Yesterday, I was fortunate enough to attend a fantastic Further Energy Training course delivered by Stephen Heathcock looking at all aspects of energy procurement including CCL and CRC issues. The comprehensive agenda was covered in detail by Stephen with plenty of opportunity to bring our ‘live’ client experiences to the table. It was an incredibly worthwhile day and I left feeling both confident in market knowledge and enthused about the additional benefits we can bring our clients in all aspects of energy.
