Nokia N8 to be launched on Vodafone network ‘soon’

Nokia’s much anticipated smartphone the N8, is set to launch via Vodafone. The N8 handset marks the start of Nokia’s fight back in a market hitherto dominated by the Apple iPhone , Google’s Android system and Research in Motion’s Blackberry.

The N8 will run using the Symbian OS which will allow personalised home screens and multitasking of apps. A key feature bundled in are sat nav applications via the OviMaps system with access to the OviStore to  increase the phones capability.
