Don’t Rollover – It’s painful

23 Mar 2010 | Filed under: Uncategorized

Most utility companies have within their T&C’s that the contract will automatically renew if it is not terminated as prescribed within the contract. The general term is “rollover” and it can be painful. The rates (and the term) will be determined by the Supplier and it will not be to your advantage.

What’s the answer? If you are on a fixed term contract – find it and be fully aware of the hoops you need to jump through in order to ensure that you do not “Rollover”. The termination rules differ enormously depending on supplier and size/type of supply. Often it seems that which way the wind is blowing will also be a factor.

If all of this seems to much to want to tackle, call us – it’s meat and drink to us. Even if you do understand and are willing to tackle this process we would find you savings, so why bother. Let us take away the hassle and save you money.
