About Stephen Gaubert

Stephen has a strong IT background, and worked for 20 years in Investment Banking. As a senior member of the IT Management team for an International Bank he was directly responsible for managing a Budget of £30m/year; in addition he was responsible for Facilities/Building Services and the Project Management of major IT and Facilities projects.

A key part of his role was to manage the ever-increasing demand for service improvement and quality, whilst controlling costs within a tight budget. He therefore brings to the Auditel proposition both an understanding of cost management as well as experience in dealing with suppliers and clients from project conception to implementation and continuing improvement.

Building on his knowledge of the key sectors that Auditel concentrates on Stephen can apply the Auditel principles of professional cost management to any area of expenditure and deliver significant benefits to his clients.
