About Simon Beechinor

Before becoming an Auditel consultant Simon was CEO of a large shipping company operating globally, and has fifteen years senior management experience within the shipping & transport industry. Simon has extensive overseas experience and is a non-executive director of one of the UK’s leading trust ports.

His experience has equipped him with the skills necessary to understand the requirement for stringent control of the fixed and variable costs that are common to all businesses. Simon is used to the project management required to deliver cost reductions within large multi-site operations. As a consultant he completely understands the sensitivities that need to be taken into account when working within an organization’s management team and is well able to deliver clear and timely results. As an Auditel consultant Simon is able to deploy those skills for clients across a wide variety of industry sectors.
