I love it when some people just “Get It”

I enjoy talking about my work to many people because it really is such a great deal for the client. A new prospect has just called me (on a Saturday morning, which is great!) and asked me if there was any way I would be prepared to introduce his services to my clients.

That’s the beauty of Auditel’s work, so often what we do develops a win-win-win situation. For example, say we are retained to work for Business “A” and we get to know them and do a great job managing costs for them . If  Business “A” makes widgets for living, we may find that we have another client (call them Business “B”) who need widgets supplied more cheaply and with a great level of service …

In that case, it is very likely that as we know Business “A”, we have a feel for how well they could perform in supplying widgets to Business “B”, so of course they can be safely introduced to them for any tender as a potentially reliable supplier. It is because of the way we are remunerated (on a no-savings-no-fee basis) that our independence is assured and the whole process is completely transparent. Both of the businesses that we work for in this case know exactly what it is we are getting out of the deal. There are no hidden costs or commissions.

Business “A” wins, because he is selling more widgets, Business “B” wins, because he is buying widgets more cheaply with improved levels of service, and we win, because we are able to help both firms manage their overheads.
