The speakers will look at both sides of the profit equation – sales and costs:

Mike Andrews, from cost consultancy Auditel (UK) Ltd will look at cost reduction, and will detail a number of areas where he has successfully reduced overheads. Mike will also discuss the quick fix short term opportunities and how to tackle and create a culture of cost saving within your business into the medium and long term.

Anne Marcotty, from consultancy SWAM & CO will focus on sales and marketing. Anne has advised a range of high profile clients on their sales and marketing activities, processes and the skills they require. SWAM’s clients are from a variety of business service industries, including Ford, Hertz and some major firms of accountants and lawyers.

The formal presentations will finish at around 5.30pm, and will be followed by a buffet supper and drinks, giving you an opportunity to network with other Directors until 7.30pm.
