I gain tremendous satisfaction from providing the Auditel cost management service to my clients. Before I am engaged, it is often the case that non-core costs are not actively or effectively managed. When I undertake a professional cost management approach, with my finger on all of the costs all of the time, at no cost and with savings for the client, customer satisfaction is assured.

Much of my work for clients has been in the areas of energy and telecoms and this success has expanded my work with them into water and sewerage, office consumables, waste and recycling and energy management. The Auditel principles of professional cost management can be applied to any area of expenditure and deliver significant benefits to clients.

Before joining Auditel I gained thirty years of business experience in banking and consulting. This knowledge helps me to understand the needs and priorities of my clients. I deliver a first class service, by identifying what needs to be done, preparing concise reports and management information and then getting on and implementing. The client gets all of the benefits of having their costs managed with no time or management effort required.
