Before joining Auditel, I worked for many years in senior IT management roles in a pan-European business, most recently as IT Director of a very large manufacturing division. I was also directly responsible for outsourcing all the Group’s telecoms services across the world.

I am also a very experienced Project Manager, having led many IT projects, always focused primarily on changing and streamlining business processes to simplify the use of technology and enhance cost-effectiveness. This required me to work with people at all levels and from all aspects of business, an ability of which I am particularly proud.

For much of the past twenty years, I lived and worked in Belgium and France and am consequently fluent in French and comfortable working with multi-cultural teams.

As an Auditel Consultant, I am building on these experiences to offer fully developed solutions to my clients. I will make sure your costs are well-managed and under control while you get on with running your business. This will include finding the right suppliers for your business needs, taking care of all the negotiations, checking your bills every month to resolve any discrepancies and managing the project on an ongoing basis.
