Prior to starting his Auditel business in the autumn of 2006, David spent 20+ years in the telecommunications industry. 6 of these were spent working for a major contact centre manufacturer where over 95% of the projects were Call/Contact Centre Systems, many with highly complex requirements. With this background David is ideally suited to helping his Auditel clients with their communications infrastructures and expenditure.

Additionally, David manages many other areas of expenditure for his clients, including business consumables, electricity and gas. He operates across Shropshire and the surrounding counties, The Black Country and The West Midlands.
