About David Milnes

Prior to joining Auditel I worked in a number of senior management roles in National and International manufacturing and distribution Groups. This experience has given me an in-depth understanding of complex organisations and the day to day issues they face in balancing the growth of their business whilst reducing their cost infrastructure to maintain their competitiveness.

Throughout my career, delivering projects which are on time, meet or exceed objectives and have a minimal impact on the day to day business operations has always been important to me. I apply this same ethic to my clients when delivering and implementing their cost management programmes. As a consequence, not only do my clients achieve significant savings, it also frees up their valuable management resource, allowing them to focus on growing their business, safe in the knowledge that their overheads are being managed effectively and efficiently.
