Record Telephone Call Savings for Milton Keynes Firm

It’s always a great feeling to be referred into a company based on work done for someone else. It’s an even better feeling to then carry out work for that new client and save them thousands of pounds!

I’m absolutely sure the vast majority of businesses in the UK are paying much more than they need to for their telephone calls. In my experience, based on the detailed analysis carried out on my clients telephone expenditure, this is always the case.

So when I was referred into a new client in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, one of the first areas we looked at was telecomms. Using Auditel’s specialist telecomms analysis tools we looked at the call usage and patterns down to the penny. We then compared current charges with best of breed alternative suppliers.

This identified the opportunity to save over 50% on their current telephone expenditure (a record for identified savings for me). Not only that but we we’re able to confidentially highlight several hundred pounds worth of ongoing abuse of company money by an employee making calls he shouldn’t have!

The client is delighted with the savings. I’m delighted with the savings. And the person who recommended me is delighted with the savings.
