Oops, seems I got a bit behind with my blog this last week but nothing exciting has happened so you haven’t missed anything. Covered about 40 miles since the Humber Half and the diets gone a bit squiffy mainly due to eating out all weekend visiting the girls. Got a craving for salted crisps as well, is it due to the salt loss through sweating? I’m sure someone will be along with an expert opinion soon.
