Did a 14 mile ‘round robin’ run this morning taking in the delights of North Kelsey along with a detour through a couple of fields after deciding to go exploring!  And another thing: bloody jogger’s nipple – ouch.  Never, ever, suffered this before but It happened last weekend and I put it down to a new T shirt so now I can only assume that my man boobs have got bigger? OMG!!
